At VroomVroomToy, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

*If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. As a small business, we don’t provide return labels, so return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be unused and in original condition. 🚚 Return Shipping Time:

Please note that return shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 2–5 business days.

💳 Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
While we process refunds quickly, please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to complete the transaction.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at vroomtoyracer@gmail.com

🔁 Exchanges:

If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

🔄 Incorrect Item Received:

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at vroomtoyracer@gmail.com with a photo of the item you received.
Once confirmed, we’ll send the correct item at no additional cost — and you may keep the incorrect item as a thank-you for your patience.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your toy car is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days, and we’ll make it right.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
